Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 29 July 2025
By participating in the LaserCollege Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which supplement the standard LaserCollege Terms and Conditions available at our [LaserCollege Terms & Conditions page] (lasercollege.org).

1. Eligibility & Registration

  • You must be 18 or older, in compliance with local laws, and capable of entering into a contract.
  • You agree to a double-email verification process at sign-up.
  • LaserCollege reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

2. Link Usage & Tracking

  • Upon approval, you will receive a unique affiliate link in the form:
    https://www.lasercollege.org/?ref=[username] or /ref/[username] if friendly links are enabled.
  • Cookie duration: 90 days. Sales within this window—using your link—qualify for commission.
  • If cookies are rejected, you may use a coupon code assigned to you; however, double compensation is not allowed. (lasercollege.org, docs.uppromote.com)

3. Commission Structure

LaserCollege follows a Unilevel, 3-tier MLM structure:

  • Commissions are calculated on net order value, excluding tax, shipping, and discount.
  • Commissions are pending until the customer’s order is marked “Completed” in WooCommerce and the refund window has passed.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • Payments are made monthly (NET 30), via PayPal (outside South Africa) or bank transfer (in South Africa)
  • Minimum payout threshold: R2000 or €100.
  • If a sale is refunded or charged back, the associated commission will be deducted from your balance. (docs.uppromote.com, lasercollege.org)

5. Acceptable Promotion & Marketing Restrictions

You must not:

  • Engage in email spam, unsolicited messaging, or cookie-stuffing.
  • Bid on brand terms (e.g. “LaserCollege”) in PPC campaigns.
  • Misrepresent course features, pricing, or outcomes.
  • Disclose partner systems, protocols, or clinical knowledge not publicly available.

Violations may result in termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

6. Relationship & Liability

  • You act as an independent contractor, not as a partner, agent, or employee of LaserCollege.
  • LaserCollege makes no warranties regarding affiliate-referred sales or promotional results, and assumes no liability for affiliate conduct. (docs.uppromote.com)

7. Termination

  • Either party may terminate this affiliation at any time, with or without cause.
  • Upon termination, unpaid commissions below the €100 threshold may be forfeited.
  • LaserCollege reserves the right to terminate accounts suspected of fraud or violation of these terms.

8. TOS Changes & Updates

LaserCollege reserves the right to modify this Affiliate Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified via email. Continued participation after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Interpretation & Governing Law

  • These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws and jurisdiction covered in LaserCollege’s core Terms & Conditions.
  • Any ambiguity shall be interpreted not strictly against LaserCollege but as co-authored.
